Wofford Football & Harvard Football have announced they will face off during the ‘28 season in an out of conference game in historic Harvard Stadium. With the Ivy League starting FCS playoff participation in 2025, the league has greatly expanded their footprint regarding out of conference games.
It will mark the first matchup between the two storied programs in their respective lengthy histories. Wofford’s first game was played in 1889 in a win over the Furman Paladins, while Harvard began football play with a win over the McGill Redbirds in 1874.
