3⭐️ SF Jhett Carter (IG: @showtimejc_) has committed to Wofford Men’s Basketball.

Jhett is ranked the #146 player in the country per @On3 & Top 300 per the Rivals/On3 industry ratings. The 6’6” wing and NPC All-American helped lead Hargrave Military to several tournament championships, including the EPL championship, the First Piedmont Corp. Invitational championship and the FUMA Christmas Tournament title.

Jhett was selected to the All-Elite Prep League 1st team, as well as 1st team All-Defense. Carter put on a clinic at the National Prep Showcase, solidifying him as one of the top prep school players in the country.

He chooses the Terriers over offers from East Carolina, Ohio, Georgia State, Hampton, Northeastern, Holy Cross, Vermont, UMass-Lowell, Eastern Kentucky, Cleveland State, and others. Carter joins Cutter Sisk & Jyi Dawkins as the third member of Wofford’s 2026 freshman class.
