Spartanburg, SC – True Freshman G Gabby Mundy has been selected as the SoCon Player of the Week. Gabby has played an instrumental part in the Terriers recent run, winning 6 of their last 7 games, along with 5 straight. This past week, she helped lead the team to a 2-0 record, averaging 23 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3 assists and a steal per game.

Her career-high 28 points against Mercer were the most points scored by a Wofford Freshman in a game against a D1 opponent since 2018. Earlier this season, Gabby hit a last second shot at the buzzer to give the Terriers a win over UNCG; a game where she had 22 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals. She is averaging 14.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.1 steals per game through 20 games this season.
